Go in groove music or films and tv on mobile and click the hamburger menu after it opens tap and hold on any option u will see a small white circle I want to know what is that is that a neon tweak please try it this is also available in people app

I got the feeling that MS is working in secret to make something awesome on mobile soon. I don't think Windows Phone will die like it was nothing, sure there will be a lot of changes and maybe the name Windows Phone will die to not associate the new OS or whatever it is with the new project MS is working on. Maybe a flexibe Windows 10 capable of running on any platform might not be that far away from reality... But what about the app situation?! Will see.

You can resize f.e. just Groove Music itself on a PC and it already can show a phone form factor. Since official 1703, you can also set a custom display scaling in settings > display and set this to 500%. Here you can test it already officially without insider (and without virtual machine) :)

I think the real question still stands. I mean we could see this coming on a mobile-ish device, but how will that be any different from Windows 10 Mobile? How is that a game changer, the new thing Microsoft insists it wants to bring to the mobile? One could argue that it packs Win32 apps coming through Store, as the big thing, but the problem with them is scaling. Clearly they are not made for small screens and when you 'resize' them to fit a smaller screen, shit gets nasty! If Windows 10 S is Microsoft's ultimate solution for their lost phone battle, the real question again is those Win32 apps, at least until it pushes UWP into a mature and nourished platform. Because until then, this would be just another shell of Windows 10 Mobile. Thank you for the video though!
