[1] Discuss the relevant anatomy of the plantar aponeurosis (fascia).
[2] The Windlass mechanism.
[3] The typical presentation of a patient with plantar fasciitis.
[4] The Windlass test, which is used in the diagnosis of plantar fasciitis.
