Did this today and I caught 90 with 4 being 3* also if anyone is wondering why you can’t mass transfer them, go into settings under general and click the expand transfer button it will allow you to mass transfer shiny, mythical and lengendaries. You can then turn it back off if you’d like

At present you can open the box two days after finishing the last one.
Was turned on for an event and hasn’t yet been turned off.

However I believe that Niantic have also played with the odds as the number of 3* IVs you get per box are very small, I did the box yesterday and got 0 in 3* and 4* IVs, which with even odds should be very unlikely with 72 caught.
