I found one in my grandparents house and ordered a charger for it, today the charger arrived and i plugged it in and after 13 years it started back to life! Though i noticed it doesn't have the original battery in it and i dont think it's going to last a while... The phone works well and is charging now, I'll edit this comment once i will use it for a day and see if the battery is good or bad

Edit: yep, the battery is bad. And a bit swollen too... The phone shut down entirely after using it for like 5 minutes and It had 2 lines left, and there is another problem, the new charger overheats. So i ordered a new battery and now i have to wait until the new battery arrives...
