It’s crazy that this is the North American record and the furthest throw in 8 years but only the joint 529th best throw in history. Really goes to show how different things were back in the 80s with state sponsored doping, but also gives us evidence that we have in fact significantly reduced the use of PEDs in track and field as a whole. Congrats Ealey on your new record.
