I did all this as ur stating here and it worked for me once but then i was having problems sign in to google it couldn't connect to the server so i unfortunately had to factory reset my phone and it erased these apn settings. So i put them in again and did all this and now it doesn't want to work im lost

Those shown steps didn't work for my newly erased iPhone 11; cell service didn't work at all. I was forced to revert to an iCloud backup of the phone, as it existed just before erasure, which restored my Airvoice service. I notice that, in Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network, it has att.mvno for the APN in the CELLULAR DATA part and eReseller for the APN in the MMS part. The non-functioning version, created by the downloaded profile, had something different than att.mvno. Was that the problem?
