Our intelligence agency, CSIS, actually named the mayor of Vancouver Ken Sim, and city councillor Lenny Zhou as being elected with foreign interference from Peoples Republic of China (PRC). The mayor and councillor claim "racism" and are still in office. PRC has many fingers in Canadian politics.

In some research projects, students from China form their own groups that communicate very little with other researchers and try to extract as much findings as possible.
