Mark Stephenson, director of dairy policy analysis at the University of Wisconsin, presented “The dairy situation and outlook for 2020” on Monday, January 13, at noon (Central time). Stephenson says the current forecast for 2020 is for a basically sunny year, but there’s a low pressure system forming that may dampen the forecast toward the end of the year.
