Import FBX Animations with embedded timecode into Unreal Engine 5

This video shows how you can get your animations with timecode into Unreal Engine. I demonstrate this using UE 5.1, taking animation data from OptiTrack Motive into UE. I show this workflow with two methods, a Maya script and a UE plugin linked below. This is useful for anyone doing performance capture and recording data from multiple systems

Thank you so much for making these videos. It's very difficult to find any videos where people actually use timecode in UE to sync things up. I tried getting the FBXTimecodeImporter but the zip file under Releases does not have any binaries that I could see, and it also doesn't have a Visual Studio sln or project that I could use to build it. I can try creating those from our other plugins to see if I can build it but if you have a binary or project files that would be great. Thanks again!

Love your videos. I just tried this importer on a 5.1 project. It gave the usual missing module error but would not rebuild, and it asked to rebuild from source, which it also would not do. Any suggestions?

On another topic: I'm curious to see your process for cleanup in Motive. I find navigating the UI to be quite slow, making the process agonizing. I suspect I am approaching this incorrectly.
