I'm a nurse and things like this happen all the time! I had a patient who was newly diagnosed with HIV and was admitted initially for pneumonia. It's not the fact that you cheated on me, but it's the fact that you didn't use any kind of protection at all, came back to me, was intimate with me, and gave me something that could not only kill me but my precious baby too.
