But, when a late game champion with starter items can dive you under and behind your tower at level 6, killing you from full health with no possible counterplay, leaving with 60% health even though the tower has hit him once, there's something wrong with the champion.

Sylas used two spells on the wave, and he didn't get to use his ult.
There's a bunch of champs that would've pulled the same trick that the Vlad did.

To explain for all the low ELO kids.
0:08 sylas gets shit on by an army of minions instead of his tower.
0:15 Vlad realizes with so many minions, both summs, ult, and ignite and with sylas losing so much health being stupid he can all in sylas, either getting the kill or forcing a recall and a loss of all those minions.
Vlad all ins, Sylas fights in the same minion wave he tried to tank 8 seconds ago, Vlad shits on him, Sylas loses.

Minions do damage guys.

do yall actually think vlad is unbalanced? He had a minion wave pushing, empowered q, ult, ignite, flash, and sylas didnt use his cc. There are 20 other mids that could do the exact same thing

He sylas used all his skills here and use used his period puddle form to doudge reset tower agro so not really OP but just really good outplay

This isnt just about Vlad, this is ELITE's Vlad. I mean the champ is annoying in lane, but tbh there are many champs that could smash Vlad early like Jayce, Lucian..
In this the reason why that dive seems so easy is the overall wave management and timing in general. Like how a Vlad can out-push a Sylas so damn hard, and he timed his and his opponent's perfectly as well. He went in after Sylas used his skills to last hit, and saved the W for Sylas's ult.
That is mechanical right there.
