As someone with family psoriasis I can say 100% that if I ever needed proof that emotions influence disease this is it. Exams soon. My psoriasis goes crazy. Family member comes home after a row with their boss. Psoriasis breaks out for them. Getting angry is the worst. That always causes a breakout within a few hours.

I have pulmonary sarcoidosis which primarily affects my lungs and skin. There’s a lot of side effects like extreme nausea and fatigue that people don’t often understand. It is difficult to be judged when you’re truly suffering. It can be depressing at times. But I try to stay positive and stay healthy and focus on my blessings - which are many🥰.
