Father's Day was this past Sunday. I have never had a father in my life consistently. I can tell you as a 34 year old man, it truly does affect you to the core.

I was born with Cerebral-Palsy so I walk with crutches and wear braces on my legs. My dad walked out on me at a young age. I always felt it was because I was "broken".

When I was in my mid twenties i made this exact promise to my future family (Lord willing). Then I found this song and it spoke directly to my heart. I pray that one day I won't hate Father's Day. Thank you for this song!
