[C++] Basic 01: Main, Namespaces, Includes, Hello World

This is the first tutorial in a series covering the most important basics of C++ programming. The purpose of this tutorial is to welcome those new to computer programming who are interested in my other OpenGL or DirectX series, but find C++ too difficult to learn from those other videos.
