Rural communities under pressure to provide housing following death of Indigenous man in Terrace BC

Late last year, temperatures in Terrace plunged to minus 22. One night just before Christmas, an Indigenous man froze to death inside his tent. His death is highlighting a pressing issue, Homeless people – many of them Indigenous – are looking for shelter in rural towns and cities.
And as Wawmeesh Hamilton reports, it's leading to growing tensions.
