Let's be real - while the Kings showed up to that game, it was more the Clippers losing it than the Kings winning it. Clippers were up by 11 with 3:18 left in reg, then only sunk one FG for the rest of reg (while the Kings hit 7 FGs in that time). They also got 4 turnovers in that time. Basically, if they don't shit the bed at the end of the fourth, they win that game.

It's been a bit of a frustrating ride since the all-star break - they've been playing alright, but the honorable losses are still losses and still annoying (that Kings game; the Nuggets game where PG's shot occured *just* after the buzzer, losing to the Kings by a point again, losing to the Thunder by a point after Mann got ejected and PG got injured, with 2 of their other 3 losses being by 5 and 7 respectively). Basically, a little bit of luck (or clutch playing) since the all-star break and they're something like 10-3 instead of 6-7.
