Rasgulla is always a part of our tradition of Odisha since ancient ages. There is a Parampara that when lord Jagannath with his siblings return to Sri mandir then Goddess Lakshmi is so angry and doesn't opens the main gate because lord Jagannath didn't take his wife with him on the Rath Yatra. So to convince her/to allow him & his siblings to enter into the temple lord Jagannath serves Rasgullas to his wife as a treat & Maa Lakshmi gets happy and let them inside the temple. That day is known as "Rasgulla Diwas" worldwide. So Rasgulla is originally a part of Odian culture since ages. But anyways thanks for promoting our culture.😌
