Cops use morse code to communicate with man trapped in home

He was trapped in his house for four days 💔 Thankfully the man was discovered on the ground in the front living room and taken by Fire and Rescue to a local hospital.

Why did they say he used Morse code. Tap it twice is not code for help. Code for help is dot dash dot, SOS. Dit dash dot was the simplest and smallest code. That's why we now say SOS.
