She is more CC orianted than damaging so she isnt a broken unit but a really good one in that regard!

How to use QuiBai. Step 1, wait 6 or so months for her to reach global. Step 2 roll until you get her. Step 3 level her up, Step 4 profit

So it's the first shot of her skill which deals damage to all enemies in the range right? Cuz normally she can't do AoE damage.

I’m curious, how much does her last hit do?
Is it just 300% of her base ATK stat with talent on M3, or does that also include the +140% during the skill?

For a moment, I thought there was some extra damage the more enemy is being targeted, but I don’t see anything of the sort on her description.
