Million Dollar Hair Net in New Orleans - A Closer Look at Plaza Tower #abandoned #urbex

I took a closer look at the million dollar hair net that surrounds the abandoned Plaza Tower in downtown New Orleans. In 2021, a piece of debris fell off of the building and struck a pedestrian. Somehow, this was the best they could do to fix that problem.
