The Calvin and Hobbes background is so fitting to this song. It's like, a sense of wonderment, the kind you experience in childhood, and the kind few retain for long. It's a unique feeling. It's the feeling of curiosity you have about the world. It's the feeling of calm when you climb into bed each night. It's the feeling of having a friend who can take all your cares away, even if he doesn't exist.

I miss that pure feeling. I really do.

This song deserves way more views. I don't mean that in a corny way, the drop at 00:48 is just amazing to listen to and it crafts a great mood with it's progression. I only just recently heard it for the first time and I hope other's happen along it as well.

Sometimes I wonder why we are doing what we are doing, everything is revolving around money. Something man created, Are we really here to be born, earn money, then die? I struggle to comprehend why it is we do this to ourselves. We are capable of so much more yet here we are,  bound to this rock drifting through space with no attitude toward the prolonged survival of the Human species! I spend most nights looking to the stars and see billions of chances for us. We are never offered the choice in is this what YOU want?" Me: why not change your life" Me: But In society I am made to feel so powerless even to control my own life..and these thoughts are far to often deemed as I guess, You, YES YOU! Need to ask yourself " Are you doing what you want with your precious short life?"--- If not-- WHY? Time to take charge of your own life!!!
