"She was very spiteful" -Person who sued someone for a 5 year old TV that they hadn't seen in a year.

I wholeheartedly believe the defendant when she says that the plaintiff stalked her location.

It’s not about the tv. There’s more to that story. She actually admitted having a relationship with the defendant, but quickly changed her story. I believe she got hurt when the other girl picked a guy over her. 😂
I am glad you quit drinking. Now, what are we gonna do about those drugs you’ve been taking?

The defendants laugh when the plaintiff said “I don’t swing that way” was just screaming “oh really, what about when you ate this 🐱” 😂

The way the plantiff describes stories, is how I used to explain things to my mom as a kid to make myself sound better so she would take my side over my siblings lol

I very much believe that the plaintiff _does_ swing that way

The defendant’s laugh was confirmation enough 😂

The plaintiff must be down bad if she’s suing for gas money and a 5-6 yr old tv 😂 She genuinely needs some help…

Plaintiff obviously liked the Defendant and used the TV as an excuse to see her. Defendant cut her off so she goes off for revenge. She definitely swings that way. Who is she fooling? 💀💀💀 She might as well get over it. The Defendant clearly has, thankfully.

oh lordy, I remember when people didn't even want to get a used tv because buying a new one was almost the same price. A friend of a friend bought a used tv for 300 dollars and it only lasted 3 months. The problem was a brand new one was only 20 dollars more and had 2 year warranty. No one sues for an old tv in this day and age.

She was so obviously in a relationship that even she can’t keep up with her own lie 😂 *says relationship oh crap I’m tripping over my own lies! Friendship!* 😂😂

Ok I get this now, it was a relationship not a friendship 🙄

I love it...Judge Judy out the gate said, "You know I am not believing you right!" 🤣🤣🤣

I thought the plantiff was delusional when she kept saying, "I tried to solve things peacefully.

“Good riddance”? Ma’am you stalked and sued the woman who wanted to get away from you 😂 she should be saying that

Plaintiff saying at the end that she has a “happy life and moved on” is SO convincing. Because that’s exactly what you do when you’ve moved on: Bring your ex to court to get money on a zero-value, 5 year old TV that you gave as a gift.

I wish people would stop saying, 'I had went'. It's I had gone! So sick of hearing that. People can't speak English anymore. 🙄

Dealt with a situation just like this. Plaintiff had an alcohol problem and gave the TV as a gift. Defendant most likely got fed up and terminated the relationship. One things I've noticed is people with substance abuse disorders become obsessive especially w partners. I doubt it was really about the TV or cell phone. The plaintiff is still butt hurt over the relationship and defendant just wants to be done.
