I'm surprised the MIL doesn't recognize that all the stress her drama is bringing to OP could lead to a miscarriage. Maybe she actively wants cut the pregnancy short. She's definitely got some kind of weird incestuous fixation about OP's husband. Picturing, "If I can't have his babies, no one else can either!" or something along those lines. Is the stress calculated or is she just utterly deranged? I could see it going either way.

MiL is a raging narcissist who made the announcement all about her. Who is she to say that SHE should be the first to know about the grandbaby? What about OP's mom? Oh wait, she doesn't count. It's all about the narcissist. She's going to end up getting cut off from the kid.

OP NEEDS to go NC RIGHT NOW. That 'I'm the actual mommy' comment is grounds for NC. That to me is a THREAT to take OPs baby. Or at the very least play mummy at any opportunity

Also OP should keep in mind that this is probably not over. After everything MIL has said and done i can't see her taking them going NC and stopping from seeing 'her baby' very well. I'd consider a restraining order, changing locks and getting cameras before babys entrance. Also any schools / nurseries etc should be informed of MIL and have her picture etc to ensure she doesn't try to pick up LO. She may try and play the long game if she can't get access to LO as a newborn
