Invisibility on himself was actually the team-play. If he cast it on others then fought the guards they'd break his concentration.

i cant blame you for that invisbility trick because its a concentration spell which mean that if you get attack the other are fucked anyway

if you have a problem rogue who likes to loot the bodies and sleight of hand pocket the choice items as soon as combat ends. . .cast haste on them during combat.
it makes you look helpful, makes them feel super strong...and when it's over, they get immobilized for 1 round while everyone else has time to take inventory

This has been my favorite video of yours so far. So many people think the main bread and butter of DnD is role play, or fantasy world building, or dice rolls... but if I had to pick one main core of DnD: it’s a bunch of people scrambling to make a convoluted plan, poor communication, watching it implode, and reacting to that implosion on the fly
