Jennifer Bell's First Performance of 205C Back 2-1/2 Somersault Tuck in a Competition

On Sunday, November 2, 2014, during the AAU-sanctioned Halloween Classic diving meet, Jennifer Bell performed a 205C (Back 2-1/2 Somersault in the Tuck Position) on the three-meter springboard for the first time in a competition. The dive has an excellent degree of difficulty of 2.8. Jennifer hit the dive for scores of 6.0, 6.0, and 5.0, totaling 17.00 which, when multiplied by the degree of difficulty, resulted in a score of 47.60 points. Jennifer performed the dive in the 14-15 Girls 3-Meter J.O. event. She finished the event with the first place gold medal with a total of 313.80 points (eight dives). Jennifer's coaches taught her this dive three weeks ago.
