Whirlwind: Get hit by a tornado.
The Flex: Get hit by a woah while using Golden, then, Golden will turn into The Flex.
God’s Hand: Get hit by God’s Hand while using Default.
CUSTOM: Grab MEGAROCK and paint on it.
woah: hit a woah user with Goofy 69 times (they can die, and it won’t reset the counter)
Conveyor: Walk for 5 minutes.
Obby: Complete LEVELS OBBY (IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT1!)” obby.

My guess of how error was made is that it was a normal glove being made but there was a glitch that broke the gloves looks, ability, and power. The powers was affected the most due to it sending the user's opponents flying so fast that the death barrier couldn't react for a couple of seconds and breaks the opponents avatar. Tencelll had to create the golden moai to seal the broken glove yet the glove almost got out. So tencelll decided to add error to replace obama when it got removed.
