I'm having trouble figuring out if 4L is big enough to carry a phone, a wallet, car keys and a little bit of food, say a banana or an apple (or both), all that with at least 1L of water in the bladder. Any thoughts? Great video by the way. Thanks!

How would ypu compare the USWE ndm system to OGIO's? Does the ogio have some elasticity in the straps?

this thing leaks water very easily, if the tube moves even tiny bit it starts to leak...
