'America is not going to elect this nimrod': Megyn Kelly slams Kamala Harris presidency push

Journalist and commentator Megyn Kelly says Americans will not get behind a Kamala Harris presidency.

'The Megyn Kelly Show' host reacted to the immediate push to make Harris the definitive candidate to replace Biden during an episode of her show on Sunday.

"I am telling you, America is not going to elect this nimrod as its first female president," she said.

"I trust in them too much for that. They're not that dumb."

I am really tired of the first black, the first female, the first Latino crap. I don’t have a problem with anyone being elected or appointed to a position if they are qualified and the best person for the job, but if their race, gender, or ethnicity is the first consideration, then that is detrimental to all of us. In fact, I am tired of it being mentioned because it is totally irrelevant to why the person was selected, and honestly it detracts from the relevant criteria the person worked hard to achieve.
