Awesome video JB! Very helpful I smoked a pork butt yesterday on my kettle gold with smokenator 1000 and it sucked.. never got over 165.. After this video I now know exactly what I did wrong! Thank you for the help! Can't wait to see the next smoking video

I've seen so much pork today I'm making pork roast for dinner. Was gonna make oyster chowder but I think them oysters can wait a day. This looks delicious per usual JB and TY for sharing Boy!

Stopped using water in my smoker long ago. .. haven't noticed any difference in the food. .. just saving some fuel add you said. Keep it up JB!

Hi JB, Can you tell me anything about "cold smoking". I have always wanted to try smoking my own bacon, but it just needs to be smoked and not cooked.  Could you do this with the WSM?  this video made me think about that because you say you don't want your chops cooked, just some smoke on them.  Appreciate you very much. Jimmy in St.Louis

Seeing that smoker reminds me of my military days JB. Big parties! Ham on the top rack, Turkeys on the lower and all that ham fat drips all over them turkeys....YUM!

I always forget to put some salt on to smoke.  Got to try that!
