Wrote this song last week…. And wasn’t sure what to do with it, as it’s totally different to anything I would usually write.
An unbelievable amount of people I know have suffered from mental health issues…. And particularly now, so many still suffer. I’ve lost great friends to it and there isn’t a family I know that hasn’t been affected by it.
This one is personal to myself. People that are close to myself and my Wife Fiona, know that a few years ago she was unwell herself which was the hardest time of her life…. And with a young family at the time, it was a case of trying to fight on as normal for her. It was hard going but we got there in the end. She definitely fought the fight ❤️❤️💚💚
This song is for anybody out there struggling just now. Take care of yourself and know that things will get better.
