Once the wave function is solved and we see that it is a Gaussian, we can somehow find the Eigen states that compose it, right? And from that (probability) distribution of Eigen states we can determine the standard deviation of measurements of x (i.e sigma_x)?

If some observable is determinate then sigma_q is zero, which means both sides of the uncertainty principle inequality must equal zero. Does that mean that all observables commute for such a state?
