Hi Jimmy, Love your videos and thanks for sharing. Quick question about VA assumable loans. I know a non- veteran or a veteran can assume a VA loan as long as they meet the requirements, however the concern is the "release of liability" for the Selling Veteran if the buyer is not a Veteran.

Seller wants to ensure that his entitlement is made whole once closed and assumed so he can then purchase another property in the future.

Veteran to Veteran is a different story.

Do you have any videos explaining this? I've called the bank that holds the sellers mortgage and I've been given different answers.
