Ballet Flamenco Andalucia - Flamenco Festival Mar 10-18, 2016

The Festival comes to a spectacular finish with Images: 20 Years, a celebration of Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía’s two-decade history as an internationally beloved flamenco ambassador. Led by artistic director Rafaela Carrasco, the company will honor its legacy by revisiting five of the most celebrated works in its repertoire, choreographed by Mario Maya, Maria Pagés, Jose Antonio, Cristina Hoyos, and Ruben Olmo. This “visceral greatest hits set” will remind you how Carrasco has “pushed the boundaries of flamenco without ever losing its spirit or vitality” (The Daily Telegraph, UK).

The beauty in this kind of performance is the CULTURE, like i’m African but the only time i felt like that about a dance was with ancestral african dances, arabic, and some asian dances..
OFC all dance are beautiful, hip-hop get you hype and all... but there’s just something unique with this type of dances that scream CULTURE !!
