Or deposit money and state counselling me participate kr skte hai kya??

If seat alloted in 1st round and i upgraded this seat in R2 ther is no change same sub, university will came then i will loose security deposit ? After lossing security deposit its compulsory to take R1 seat?

Sir I've uploaded for deemed clgs also without knowing the fees schedules of that by paying 55k so if i get any deemed university in the 1st round and i go for upgrade and get any govt seat / govt aided and from that deemed is 55k right so if i join govt clg will that deemed fees be refunded?or if the situation is like if I don't like the perticular clg in upgradation which is in the second round so if i take exit will the money be refunded?
