I’m doing this routine but I’m NOT level 1. I’m level 4 but because I moved to a new gymnastics gym I’m considered as a level 1. I have problems get up onto the beam with the whole candle stick strategy. Can you make a video on that?

This is very helpful. At home I have a low beam, almost a floor beam, so I can't do the mount and some other things on my beam, but i will just adjust the routine to fit my beam. Thanks for making the video

Hi I got a floor beam today! It was my very first time using a beam. And I tryed the first thing and it hurt my back and I couldn't balance.

According to you I'm between 4 and 5, I've just turn 7 years old, but in our country we don't have the same levels. We start competing at 9 years old at the Junior Championship. Please watch my videos and tell me if I'm right. Thank you very much !!!
