From personal experience it just so relatable. I have this persona where I portray myself like I'm an adult but I'm just a teen trying make it through. Everyday gets harder and harder dealing with depression and anxiety and it means a lot when an artist makes a song like this. It means even more knowing my therapist thought about me when she heard this. That's actually why I came.
