There are several locations you will need to check for the red fish in the water! Spawn points include in bio lab, under the sea tower, along Crab Island, and at the Shipwreck. You'll need to check all spawn points and shoot the fish you see, flip the round, and check all locations again. Once you get about 50 fish, you will get ALL PERKS FOR FREE!
