Perto do coração selvagem (Near to the wild hearth) it's my favorite Clarice book! It's great to see that our author is having so much success out there. Kisses from Brazil!

Wow. The Biography of X sounds like looking into a kaleidoscope and finding more than light, color, shape, and change. Brilliant.

Pew is GREAT! It's strange & packs a lot of fascinating ideas in such a short page count.

End-of-month wrap-ups stress me out too, but I love watching other people’s 😂. I can’t wait to read some Nettel. I think I’m gonna save her for my upcoming trip to Mexico City…

Loved your review!! Can’t wait to see what you think of the rest of the quartet.

I also finished biography of X and I loved your review!
it’s such a surreal book and the parts that work make it a pretty cool investigation! I feel like the audiobook would be a really compelling way to read it? Was it multiple narrators for the interview parts?

you have made my want for biography of x intensify so much with this review haha. the uk version is a MASSIVE hardback at the moment though—like, way bigger than standard dimensions and fuck carrying that around.

death by landscape is definitely in my best reads of the year as well! aaaand i absolutely must get to the neopolitan quartet. x
