Am I the only one who thinks the condo is super creepy? 😭 I’d be scared to stay there

The damage had to be a clue… You don’t want to be that close to the water

Why would they buy something already damaged by one hurricane? Hope they have good insurance.

OMG - the condo was a disaster zone. Can you imagine all the assessments to repair that dump

That condo was the creepiest, bleakest, most isolated Stalinesque tower block. AND it had hurricane damage! AND nearly $250 week in HOA fees! What were they thinking??

That is the most depressing beach. The condo is so gloomy and kinda creepy.

House one was the best and the dog has a yard. Beach not that far away. The condo was in the middle of nowhere and had already been hit by a hurricane. NO THANKS.

Of all the choices…THAT’S the one you choose?!? I can’t…

That condo is the perfect reminder of how every time there's a hurricane, they will have to pay to repair damage to the entire building. I can't believe anyone would sign on for a life time of blank checks for all those fees. And how many times a day do they make that trip to take the dogs out. NUTS!

There's nothing else around the condo, except for the beach. Looks like it's in the middle of nowhere.

The condo high rise is a monstrosity, so ugly. Why was planning permission given? Its an eyesore. Awful choice.

This has to be ONE OF THE WORST CHOICES I've ever seen on this show! I thought for sure the wife was gonna get her way, but she caved! Because there's no way I would choose a higher price & less square footage and then $1, 000 annual HOA vs $11, 412 annual HOA 😂 Absolutely NOT! and hurricane damaged too! Just insane! but good luck to them! 🤗

And he is supposed to be the self-described rational decision maker? This is an idiotic decision.

Allen got what he wanted, he paid for the view. Once the remodeling is done, boy the purchase price for those condos going to be through the roof. Icing on the cake additional stream of income for Allen and his wife.

They are hilarious, are they all coming at the same time?😂 As long as she gets what she wants!

Nice couple who work well together IMO. Did not like any of the properties. For that price, in a different area you could buy a much nicer place on the water.
