No matter who sings this song on stage or records it, the Shirelles OWN this song.  It's THEIR song, just as Judy Garland owned "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" in my Mom & Dad's generation.  I'm so glad I grew up in the 60's and experienced groups like the Shirelles and the many others that the 60's put out.  The Shirelles were one of my all time favorites and this song is too.  It was an honor dancing to your songs back then ladies.  God Bless.
