Python Tutorial for Beginners 2020 - String Indexing and Slicing

Показать описание
Hey guys, this is the third video for my Python's tutorial course for beginners. We will be covering all the basics about Python including installing and setting up the development environment, variables, data structures, iterations, conditionals, operators, error handlings, functions, classes and many more. The aim for this tutorial is to provide with a solid foundation layer for Python and programming in general so that we can proceed to more advanced level Python tutorials and also look into different application areas of using Python such as web development and data science.
In this video, I'm going to talk about indexing and slicing.
Both indexing and slicing are considered as key components in most of the modern programming languages and these can also be used in other data types such as list and tuple. The first portion of the video will talk about multi-line string and multiply operator which I wasn't able to cover in the previous video, and I will get into the indexing, then to slicing a single character, and then finally to slicing multiple characters followed by handful of examples.
