Hi. My son is autistic. He started speaking many words meaningfully like Cow, Dog, etc. but when I ask him what's this he never answers. This is happening from 3 the last 3-4 months. Can you please tell us what should we do? We are from India and we already don't listen to his gesture requests.

Hello mam, , I need ur help, actually I had an accident some yrs ago in which my vocal cords got damaged n I lost my voice. After that I undergone some throat surgeries, tracheostomy tubes were inserted for some period, , , , now doctors said my left vocal cord has paralyzed, I have husky and hoarse Now I request you please can you suggest me some medicine that can help me to improve my

You're a long way from Florida but apparently cover all issues including stuttering.
