A civil case involves a legal dispute between two persons or parties on a particular issue. It goes through various stages from its inception to the declaration of the final order. These stages are mainly incorporated from order 1 to order 21.
In Civil Procedure Code, 1908 some civil stages are- Filing a Plaint, issuing of summons, the appearance of the parties, inspection, discovery, and production of documents.
