Follow this video to clear app data and cache. Make sure video is on internal storage (as appose to sd card) reset phone, make sure all other apps are closed and hopefully it will work. Seems to work better with smaller video sizes. Still might not work but did for me. Worth a shot right?

I already did that but the 'unfortunately instagram has been stopped' always pop up to my phone by that I can't upload my videos on instagram. :-(
