@DeptofDefense Still a long way to go but at least you are moving in the right direction.

However it is obvious that you really need to teach & learn how to throw a punch properly & basic grappling etc just to begin with, also get some trainers especially of MMA & from outside of the armed forces with actual unarmed combat ability, experience & knowledge.
