my solo is not conecting with the controller I try to do the factory reset but is not doing anything, please do you have any idea how to fix this problem.

Thanks for the info. First time drone user and I'm afraid of flying far out. When does it lose signal and if it does, does it return home. Thanks bud 👍

When you factory reset the device you then have to re-pair the solo to the controller. Can you show the actual process of this taking place? I seem to not be doing it right. Also, Im getting an error through the app when I try to do the pre-flight update. It says it can't find solo, please make sure it is powered on and paired with controller. This is what prompted me to factory reset the devices. Did I screw myself?

What are the voltage and amp ratings on the solo charger? Can you get a 12v version of it?

So i'm in a debate DJI Phantom 3 or Solo. Honest opinion. I am not a seasoned pilot I am a photographer turned real estate agent working with high end properties (fyi before FAA messages pop up I have already cleared myself with them) I need easy transition smooth flight control and camera control. Obviously there is no gimbals yet so its hard to tell from consumer videos. How smooth it is in the air. Any experience with both ideas thoughts? The cable cam and selfie shot seem like great concepts especially when shooting a lake house for a flyover and pan out shot. Right now I just see a lot of videos of people having fun flying it around but no photographic sense. Of course I cant blame anybody once again the gimbal isn't out yet. But I would love to see some gopro 4 K house selfie shots or at least a selfie from a back deck to get an idea of the flow.
