Tips to Stay Safe When Swimming in a Wave Pool

Kids love splashing around in giant wave pools at water parks across the country. It’s almost like swimming in an ocean, but these giants waves are machine made, created by tens of thousands of gallons of water being pumped into the pool. How can you stay safe in a wave pool? If you can’t swim, or if you’re a weak swimmer, always wear a life jacket. Don’t use inflatable rafts, as you can easily fall into the water. I have almost drowned at a wave pool twice, though thank goodness my older brother was there with me because he, in my eyes, saved my life. I wouldn't have been able to get back up because the waves just kept coming and wouldn't stop.

In my country, they set up tubes and also floaties and life jackets and also, in the waterpark they dont make it too deep
