Thank you for not only showing the cast-on, but also how to continue to get the stitches onto four needles. I am doing the Christmas Sock KAL and my DPNs were too thin for the yarn I chose, which is a slightly thicker one that called for in your pattern. It is frogged, I am finishing the brioche hat that is currently holding the correct DPNs, and will be using this lovely closed toe method. Many blessings, you two!❤

It’s always a pleasure to watch you knit and chat, thank you for teaching!
I remember watching a video tutorial for this kind of cast on by a wonderful Austrian lady years back, which then helped me immensely. What a wonderful international knitting world this is.
Have a great week!

The way this video was shot- with a great close-up view, and with Arne going slow-- was so easy to learn from! Thank you!

I've been knitting since age 6 (71 now). Love Arne & Carlos. I determine how much yarn I need by wrapping 10 times loosely around the needle then multiply by number of stitches needed. Then I add about 6 extra inches. Works pretty well.

The magic is how Arne handles the five needles on this tiny circumference with such ease! 😊 You’ve inspired me to try it myself! Thank you for the great video.

I'm not really that interested in knitting socks, but I always enjoy your videos, regardless of the subject matter.  Please keep up the fantastic work!
