Let's not forget that 15th July 74' Junta coup caused Turkey to intervene legitimately. You are thought to call it "occupation" in the south. I am thought to call it "peace operation". 20th July was all legit according to international law. What was not legitimate is the second operation that happened in August. That one was the wrong part. The rest is all subjective/relative... Let's not forget as well, that violance provokes violance; this is also an absolute objective truth. Look to the western world right now. Look to the middle east. Look to the 1963 Cyprus...
I was born to a divided island, and I'm fed up with foreigners deciding for our future here. If we can both respect eachothers existance, greek speaking cypriots and turkish speaking cypriots, and can be able to calm down our inner demons, we have a chance to live in a sensible peace. Otherwise we're all gonna continue being pawns of the western "provoke, divide & rule" strategem. Just like the past 80 years.
