Sleek Creek House in Reaper's March is the house next to a Outlaw's Refuge. Also the Hew's Bane Fighter's Guild has no guards and containers and people to pickpocket. Gloomfrost made a video about it.

Thief build: Vesture of Darloc Brae, Adept Rider, Shadow Queens Cowl, and any 1 pc mag/stam shoulder. (Swift on jewelry)
Khajiit. (NB or Warden) Vamp 4 with mezmerize vamp skill to talk to NPCs.
This build made me millions thieving and will be great for this upcoming thieving event.

In Necrom loot the containers in the underground area. There are no NPCs and it has an entrance directly to the outlaw refuge, best place in game to level legerdemain . Also when using the blade of woe just moving your character during the execute animation will make it instant.

I will always keep bastion for the entertainment value alone. He likes it when I read, but calls me a milk drinker when I make a meal.

Pick, pick stab unless you get a Embers purse, style material, or pattern in the first two. As for "refuge access" The house in reapers march is RIGHT near the outside exit. It's 100% the best "first buy" for people who steal a lot.

It's also worth noting that basically any wayshrine you land at, you'll be out of patrol range of guards, so with care, you can easily get in and out of a an outlaw's refuge without getting caught. The wayshrine east of Glenumbra near Ilesan Tower (Baelborn rock wayshrine) and then pop into the back entrance of Daggerfall's outlaw refuge.

5:11 i would love a DISTILLERY crafting tab in the Potion crafter. my thoughts are it could combine potions like a Health and Magika for example, or you can have a sub tab where you have a chance to get your reagents back.

Once you have maxed a companion, their passive bonus is constantly applied to all of your toons, even if you haven't even done the companion start quest on a toon 😊

When thieving on my templar (not a vamp), i use 4pc darloc brae, 3pc night terror, and 5pc adept rider. All medium, swift jewels, and i have invis pots when necessary. I get perfect runs on heists ith this setup and some practice.

I like having Sharp with me when I am doing crimes. Also, Sleek Creek and the wayshrine is very close to the Rawl'kha Outlaw Refuge.

Stone Eagle Aerie and Emmisary's enclave are great houses to have during the crime wave event

unlike normal theft / murder / mayhem activities, having a bounty is actually a plus during this event, just pick up and drop do your daily crafting writs in the Hollow City (Coldharbour) and let that bounty soar, soar SOAR to the sky! since it is supposed to boost your chances for bonus loot, why not?
